ADHD-friendly day planner / 2026

Dailen

A little less friction between a plan and a start.

04

The starting question

What if a planner helped you start, instead of giving you more to manage?

Dailen is an ADHD-friendly day planner for iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch, available on the App Store. Task capture, flexible routines, weekly planning, and focus timers help turn a crowded day into a clear next step. The app is public; its GitHub repository remains private.

Today puts an intention and quick actions within reach. The task view keeps the next step close to the list it came from.

01

Make the next step smaller

Capture tasks by text or voice, then use energy and priority tags to choose what fits the day. A next-step suggestion and a two-minute Just Start timer make it easier to begin when deciding feels difficult.

02

A plan that can change

Weekly planning and step-by-step morning and evening routines give the day some structure. Pomodoro-style focus sessions, soundscapes, and a place to park distractions help keep attention on one task at a time.

03

Close to the device

SwiftUI supplies the interface and SwiftData holds the records. Planner data stays on the device and syncs through private iCloud. Widgets, Siri shortcuts, Live Activities, and an Apple Watch companion bring useful actions closer, with no required account, ads, or third-party analytics.

The thread that carries through

The next action matters as much as the plan. Smaller steps and flexible routines make room for a day that changes.
