Poker study tool

The reasoning behind a hand.

05

The starting question

Can an answer help you understand the decision behind it?

A browser-based poker study tool for exploring hands, comparing ranges, and reviewing decisions. Equity estimates, pot odds, and expected value are shown alongside the reasoning they support.

Private project. Working name and source kept private.

01

Show the working

An answer is more useful when you can inspect how it was reached. The study interface connects the cards and assumptions to the calculation, instead of presenting a recommendation on its own.

02

Probability in the browser

Monte Carlo simulations sample possible hands and runouts. Range controls let you change assumptions and see how the analysis changes; estimates remain estimates.

03

A hand worth revisiting

Hand-history import and locally saved reviews turn a single calculation into a study workflow. The interesting part is being able to return to a decision and question it again.

The thread that carries through

A calculation becomes a study tool when its assumptions are visible and a decision can be revisited.
